Senior Project Manager / Designer - High-End Residential + Commercial

This AD100 Los Angeles-based design studio is renowned for its sophisticated, livable interiors. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Designer to help bring their refined, modern vision to life across high-end residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate seamlessly with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and fabricators across multiple projects
• Manage all phases of the residential interior design process, including project set-up, concept design, FF&E procurement, and installation
• Develop and define the design vision for the project with the Principal, including color palette, material selection, furnishings aesthetic, and accessories
• Set clear and attainable project objectives and requirements, ensuring smooth project execution
• Oversee project scheduling, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Work closely with clients, the Principal, and design assistants to develop sales orders that meet the project's criteria (budget, aesthetic, etc.)
• Aid in the development of custom pieces and track the financial performance of the project
• Ensure projects adhere to contracts and review / approve client invoices
• Delegate and supervise junior designers and design assistants, ensuring the team's effective execution
