• 3-6 years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm.

• Experience with purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements is required.

• Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side financing is preferred.

• Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and effectively work within a team.

• A proactive, client-service orientation with the ambition and drive to contribute to a growing national practice.

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the MO Bar

• Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet is required.
