Practice

• Monday-Friday work week
• Federally qualified health center with 9 locations
• Patient-centered medical home
• On-site pharmacy
• Services include physical and occupational therapy, chiropractic, massage, optometry, dental and acupuncture
• Staff include MDs, NPs and PAs, Social workers, and strong support staff
• Athena EMR
• Manageable patient census
