Field Operations Coordinator (5 AM – 1pm)

Position Overview :

This is an office-based position responsible for managing field-based phlebotomy team members. The Morning Team Lead ensures efficient day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and client service excellence. Must be a Phlebotomist.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily activities of field-based phlebotomy staff.
• Ensure all assigned active clients are scheduled and covered properly, compliantly, and in a timely manner.
• Adjust schedules to accommodate absent staff, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure all specimens arrive at the lab promptly to guarantee results by 2 PM.
• Serve as the first point of contact for field staff beginning at 5 AM.
• Generate weekly reports detailing on-time service for clients and specimen arrival times at the lab.
• Provide advance notifications to client leadership regarding service delays or interruptions.
• Manage supplies, including storage, distribution to staff and clients,
• Assist the Lab Accessioning team with receiving and labeling activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
