ACTIVE BLUE CARD CPI REQUIRED TO SUBMIT

Must have :

Crisis Intervention : Providing immediate, short-term support to patients in crisis (e.g., suicidal ideation, aggression). This includes de-escalation techniques and appropriate medication management.

Advanced skills needed :

Therapeutic Communication : Building trust and rapport with patients through effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy.

Procedures performed on unit :

Monitoring patients for physical and psychological symptoms, including vital signs, mental status changes, and medication effects.
