Overview

Market Research Manager, Creative Excellence role at Ipsos in US. Ipsos is a leading research company delivering data-driven solutions across markets. This position is part of the Creative Excellence Service Line, which focuses on helping clients achieve best-in-class advertising through Creative Development, Creative Assessment, and Creative In-Market activities.

About Creative Excellence

The Creative Excellence Service Line supports clients with advertising development, assessment, and in-market tracking. The team also publishes industry thought leadership and collaborates with partners such as ARF, ANA, The Female Quotient, SeeHer, Effie, and Contagious.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

  • Work with your team on impactful solutions, project execution, and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to their advertising research needs
  • Collaborate with the team to design strategic questionnaires, analyze data, and interpret results that provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from pricing to data collection to quality assurance to timely delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries, providing expert advisory, and offering thought leadership with senior support
  • Participate in initiatives that support the service line (growth, new products, employee training and engagement)

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • 2+ years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights
  • Advertising experience is a plus
  • A curious mindset and genuine fascination for the field of advertising
  • Experience working with data and extracting meaningful insights
  • Ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an ever-changing, innovative environment
  • Storytelling skills with the ability to express narratives visually and verbally
  • Some experience with survey design, sampling plans, analysis, and delivery
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Comfort with quick thinking and problem solving
  • Business acumen and critical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication
  • Ability to thrive in a team and contribute to a positive culture
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides)
  • Compensation and Benefits

    Salary range : $70,000–$80,000 (base, final determination based on location, experience, and qualifications).
