Director of Rehab

Infinity Rehab is seeking a part-time Director of Rehab who is a Physical Therapist Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapist within our therapy team at Boulder Post-Acute located in Boulder, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Excel in bringing a visionary approach for a continuum of care to post-acute rehab, driving clinical excellence
• Optimize data driven therapy and outcomes through various metrics and standard of care
• Provide direct therapy services to adults with a variety of medical conditions includingorthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Associate degree as a Physical/Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current state licensure or certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role
