RN OR

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience :

• Current Washington State RN license (active and unrestricted)
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience (perioperative nursing background)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (Advanced and Basic Life Support)

Educational requirement :

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) — minimum
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures across multiple specialties
• Provide direct patient care preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative
• Maintain sterile environment and proper infection control in the OR
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgical techs, and other OR staff
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies
• Document surgical procedures, instruments used, and patient status
