Job descriptionLead Branch Operations : Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure profitability while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. Drive Growth : Identify market needs, develop innovative solutions, and expand our services to meet those needs and increase market share. Develop Talent : Mentor and inspire team members, helping them reach their highest potential and achieve our business objectives. Enhance Member Experience : Serve as a trusted advisor, deepen relationships with members, generate new memberships, and focus on delivering exceptional service. Optimize Resources : Manage branch resources effectively to enhance performance and achieve operational goals. Foster Collaboration : Work closely with other business units to align strategies, share insights, and drive collective success. Lead by Example : Ensure that all branch activities comply with regulations and internal policies and identify areas for improvement. Champion Community Engagement : Actively participate in community activities and initiatives to strengthen our local presence and impact. Education & Experience : A 2–4-year degree in Business or a related field, with 3-5 years of management experience in a retail or financial services setting. Lending experience is a must. Expertise : Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market trends. Proficiency in software systems related to Core, Lending, Budget, and Compliance. Skills : Excellent communication, sales, and service skills with a proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and drive results. Judgment & Problem-Solving : The ability to analyze complex situations, apply sound principles, and develop effective solutions.
