The Proposal Specialist will play a key role in supporting our technical sales and business development teams by coordinating internal resources to develop high-quality proposals for U.S.-based power transformer projects, including both products and services. This hybrid position involves close collaboration with factories, service teams, and sales groups to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery. The specialist will manage approximately 10–20 proposals concurrently, guiding each through a structured bid process that typically spans six weeks from initiation to submission. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to streamline communication across multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain proposal excellence.
