Senior Accountant

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage core accounting functions, support financial reporting, and contribute to financial planning in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role works closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including A / R, A / P, billing, general ledger, inventory, and cost accounting
• Lead the month-end and year-end close process and ensure timely financial reporting
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze variances and present insights to leadership
• Prepare and file financial data for regulatory, tax, and licensing compliance
• Monitor and support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable financial regulations
• Reconcile accounts payable / receivable, and manage payment cycles to vendors and internal stakeholders
• Support audits and ensure readiness for internal and external financial reviews
• Provide financial guidance on cost control, pricing analysis, and margin improvement
• Evaluate trends and support cross-departmental projects that drive efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and mentor accounting team members; set goals and streamline processes for better performance
