Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate , is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment.

Shift Hours : 6 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM

Shift Hours : 1 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 PM

Detailed Description :

• Receiving and Inspection : Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are in good condition and report any damages or issues.
• Storage and Organization : Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
• Order Picking and Packing : Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
• Inventory Management : Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Identify and report discrepancies promptly.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain high-quality standards by handling products with care and attention to detail. Ensure that products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with company standards.
• Safety : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
• Equipment Operation : Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and departments to meet production and shipping goals. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
