Pay : $22.50 - $23.00 per hour Job description : Job Start Date : IMMEDIATELY!!!! This is a Full-Time or Part-Time driver position with 323 Transit LLC, delivering Amazon packages! 323 Transit LLC is owned by a former Sr Program Manager, and we are excited about this opportunity! 323 Transit is defined by WINNING at all aspects including safety, engagement, customer experience, and diversity. We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the company Military veterans are welcome! Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus but not mandatory. Benefits & Scheduling : $22.50 / hour (paid weekly on Friday) starting. $22.75 / hr as soon as you meet all performance, safety, and reliability targets Safety and reliability Bonus are paid weekly after you meet certain tenure, performance, and reliability requirements 10-hour shifts are typical 4-day work week (40 hours) is standard and MUST include 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun) Daytime shift (9AM - 7PM are the hours) Tuition reimbursement for those that qualify (Over $5k per year!) 401K Matching Program Paid Training Paid Overtime A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30 minute meal break Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for employees that meet the hours requirement

• Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment Key Duties & Responsibilities :
• Safely drive a 15-20ft commercial cargo vehicle and perform safety inspections on company vehicle prior to going on route
• Follow all local & state laws, road / driving regulations, and company policies
• Load your assigned delivery vehicle at beginning of every shift (packages are presorted according to your stops some can weigh up to 50 lbs.)
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day
• Deliver packages to houses, apartments, and businesses with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use company provided smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in / out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Requirements :
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position). Will need to pass road test.
