Desired Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of experience with a Top ENR Commercial GC , progressing through roles such as Project Manager, Precon Manager, or Project Executive, with significant Healthcare, Medical, and Hospital project experience . They will have established strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and subcontractors , and possess the leadership, communication, and technical skills to integrate into an established business unit and lead an existing team and division.
