Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Information Operations & Insights to lead and scale our information services function. This leader will ensure that high-quality information assets fuel global go-to-market success, while embedding predictive models and actionable insights into daily operations.

Overseeing a 20-member team, the Director will balance strategy and executiondriving process innovation, building intelligence capabilities, and ensuring excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Insights & Business Impact
• Translate ICP / TAM segmentation into structured, actionable datasets that enable smarter targeting and improved conversion rates.
• Partner with Product and Analytics teams to operationalize predictive and propensity models.
• Deliver insights that directly improve lead prioritization, sales productivity, and downstream GTM performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the single point of accountability for information delivery outcomes.
• Work closely with Operations, Systems, and xDR teams to ensure alignment with pipeline and campaign priorities.
• Anticipate risks, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
• People Leadership
• Lead and develop a 20-person team including Leads, QA Specialists, and Information Agents.
• Set clear KPIs, oversee performance management, and implement training and development programs.
• Build a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Operational Excellence
• Oversee daily execution of 50+ builds across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Launchpad, and Televerified.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards in information enrichment, accuracy, and deduplication.
• Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Strategic Operations & Innovation
• Design and evolve the information operations framework, including process architecture and resource planning.
• Establish and maintain a centralized library of templates and taxonomies to promote consistency and reuse.
• Continuously improve systems and practices to support long-term growth and scalability.
• Success Metrics
• Delivery Performance : ? 50 builds / day teamwide with ? 95% SLA adherence.
• Information Quality : ? 90% title accuracy, 100% regional accuracy, ? 1% duplication.
