Position Summary : We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lease / Loan Portfolio Manager. This in office position is responsible for managing the dealership's active lease and loan accounts, ensuring compliance with all lender requirements, maintaining customer satisfaction, and optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the dealership's lease and loan portfolio, ensuring timely payments, renewals, and contract compliance.
• Monitor account performance, delinquencies, and collections while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with finance-related inquiries, providing white-glove service and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting departments to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Track lease maturities, manage lease-end processes, and proactively engage clients for renewal or upgrade opportunities by scheduling appointments.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lender guidelines, and internal policies.
