Senior Associate, Commerce Partnerships

NBC News Digital is seeking a Senior Associate for our Commerce Partnerships team to help scale our growing Commerce business. In this role, you'll serve as the key connector between NBC Select, Shop TODAY, and top-tier brands, retailers, and organizations, driving collaboration, execution, and strategic growth for the commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for commerce partners for the Shop TODAY Curated Box program and for Shop TODAY events
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners for the Shop TODAY Curated Box program while identifying opportunities for upsells and new initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of sponsored partnerships and high-profile event sponsorships, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
• Coordinate across internal teams, including Shop TODAY and NBC Select Editorial, Operations, and Commerce Studios to launch commerce sponsorships.
• Prepare marketing proposals, performance recaps, and post-campaign reports, including decks and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support commerce leadership in developing new franchises and innovative programs.
• This role reports to the Head of Commerce Partnerships.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range : $70,000- $85,000.
