Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Sweeps and vacuum carpets and floors.
• Mops floors.
• Dusts and polishes fixtures, furniture and flooring.
• Clean windows and doors.
• Wash and wipe down of stairwells, base boards, walls, waste cans and other items as assigned.
• Remove trash cans and debris.
• Prompt attention to cleaning up spills or accidents or debris.
• Conducts all guest and staff interactions in a pleasant and helpful manner and be knowledgeable of and forthright with information about our property and services.
• Maintains a clean working area at all times and ensure that equipment and work materials are not left in an unsafe or unsightly manner.
