Overall Responsibility :
The HERO administrative assistant will work to provide administrative support to the GDOT HERO program on site.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
- Manage inventory of deliveries, mail, equipment, uniforms, boots, and other supplies.
- Manage HERO headquarters (front desk, conference room scheduling, greet visitors etc.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment (copier, printer, general supplies).
- Respond to emails and handle administrative work for all HERO management.
- File requests for HERO and follow up as needed.
- Answer phone, dispatch to managers, and take messages.
- Handle HERO school visit requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Proficiencies, Skills, and Certifications :
Must have experience with the H.E.R.O. or other similar service patrol or first responder community or office administrative experience.Powered by JazzHR
