Associate Product Developer, Sampling

The Associate Product Developer, Sampling coordinates the end-to-end sampling process—from ordering sample yardage to tracking garment samples—to ensure accurate, timely product representation that supports design, merchandising, and business decisions. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, and Merchandising teams, serving as the key contact for all sampling activities within assigned product categories.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage sample yardage ordering (greige and color level) and vendor invoice processing.
• Oversee all sampling needs for designated categories, ensuring timely receipt and accuracy of garment samples.
• Maintain consistent communication with vendors and cross-functional teams to align with brand calendars and business priorities.
• Track seasonal sampling readiness and costs; provide reports and dashboards ahead of milestone meetings.
• Attend cross-functional meetings to represent sampling updates and support process improvements.
• Prioritize multiple deliverables based on shifting business needs.
