Your Impact :

As Senior IT Project Manager , you'll : Lead high-priority, complex projects and enterprise-wide initiatives Drive continuous improvement in IT project management operations Mentor and develop less-experienced staff to strengthen the PMO function Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute strategic goals Ensure projects align with business objectives and deliver measurable value

What You Bring :

Strong IT experience , including :

• Information Security & Infrastructure

Data Center (On-Prem & Cloud) | Networking | Archive Solutions

Oracle & SQL Databases | Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, Office 365) Project Management & Business Acumen :

Expertise in financial analysis (ROI, NPV)

Workflow development / redesign (Visio proficiency)

Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions Leadership & Collaboration :

Executive presence with strong presentation & communication skills

Comfortable navigating ambiguity & driving clarity for teams

Effective vendor & stakeholder management Healthcare IT experience is a plus but not required
