Business Development Attorney (New York)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading global law firm seeking a temporary attorney to support its business development team. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with strong corporate transactional experience who enjoys blending legal acumen with strategic communications and marketing initiatives.

Temporary Attorney Business Development Support (Corporate / M&A)

Location : New York, NY (Hybrid or Remote Considered)

Duration : Minimum 30 days, with potential for extension or full-time conversion

Hours : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM EST (Overtime possible)

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with partners and BD professionals to develop client-facing materials and proposals.
• Help translate complex transactional concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging.
• Coordinate and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Support drafting and review of engagement letters, proposals, and related documents.
• Ensure materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with the firms strategic objectives.

Qualifications :

This position is ideal for an attorney seeking a non-traditional, collaborative role that leverages their transactional background in a strategic business context.

Pay Rate : $50-$70 / hour
