California Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician Patient Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to enroll eligible patients in the specialty pharmacy program

Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program

Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while handling patient information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Nationally certified pharmacy technician (PTCB or equivalent) preferred but not required

0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB / ExCPT License preferred

Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held

Experience in customer service or outbound calls is beneficial
