The Senior Trade Compliance Specialist will ensure trade compliance in the development, implementation and management of the export / import compliance program for Williams International. The Senior Trade Compliance Specialist will also be responsible for :

• Ensuring Williams International has current internal export / import and compliance policies and procedures (including work instructions) to meet company requirements.
• Serving as primary point of contact for global trade compliance for reporting requirements.
• Maintaining and ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Reviewing and submitting license applications, Technical Assistance Agreements and other requests for approval to the Office of Defense Trade Controls, U.S. Department of State and the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Department of Commerce / OFAC.
