Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for the Core GenAI Platform

Lead architecture and design of large-scale systems for model inference and compliance

Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with leadership to influence business strategy

Required Qualifications

10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3 years in leadership roles

Proven experience delivering complex, distributed systems across multiple teams

Deep expertise in backend systems and infrastructure technologies

Experience designing and operationalizing ML / LLM platforms at scale

Demonstrated ability to set long-term technical direction
