About the Role

(job title and summary) :

The Packaging Manager oversees all aspects of cannabis product packaging, ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and operational efficiency. This role manages the Packaging Team, optimizes workflow, and maintains inventory while upholding brand excellence. The Packaging Manager collaborates with key departments to meet production goals and adapt to shifting business needs, ensuring all packaged products meet safety, potency, and quality requirements. Team Leadership & Scheduling

• Manage Packaging Team performance, hours, and team dynamics.
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure packaging output meets company needs.
• Develop and implement training systems to improve team efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee department direction and production priorities, making strategic decisions to improve efficiency.
