Job Summary
This position orders, supports, configures, and installs IT equipment for the workforce in multiple states in both office and field environments. Resolves tier 1 computer hardware and software issues, trouble-shoots connectivity issues with PCs / laptops, printers, iOS devices, CAD plotters, and VOIP phone systems. Supports IT Director on special projects and IT upgrades and implementations.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position predominantly involves 8 to 10 hours per day at a computer workstation, with occasional standing and walking. The employee must be able to lift, package, and ship IT equipment up to 75 pounds. The office environment is indoors, characterized by controlled temperatures and minimal exposure to adverse conditions. Employees must have the ability to visually discern and differentiate details and colors of objects, and proficiency in recognizing sound, tone, and pitch. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The role demands adaptability to interruptions and changes in workflow, as well as the capacity to sit for extended periods.
Expected Hours of Work
This position will be a full-time position. Office hours are 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one unpaid hour for lunch each day. The IT Technician must be available for on call emergencies after hours. Flexible schedules may be available with prior approval from an immediate supervisor.
