This position is based in downtown Spokane and will require regular on-site presence. A hybrid schedule may be considered over time, with a balance of on-site and remote work based on performance and business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Business Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, requirements, and objectives to identify improvement opportunities and innovation potential.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Analyze business processes and write system process specifications to be used.
• Work with clients to determine their business needs to transform them into information technology system requirements.
• Determine solutions to business software / hardware system problems.
• Solves a diverse range of complex problems, working with limited direction.
• Assists with special projects or duties as assigned.
• Maintains overall knowledge of general banking practices and business unit functions.
• Regular, reliable attendance is required.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Associate Solutions Analyst may have 1-2 years of related work experience, as well as some corporate / IT experience and / or competency. Employees at this level will work closely with their manager and more senior Solutions Analysts to receive guidance and assistance as needed and are working to grow their solutioning skills. Expected to focus on enterprise bank strategy while solutioning.

Pay Range : $73,040 - $109,561

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Spokane, Washington. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
