Overview :

The Production Planning & Inventory Control Associate / Forklift Driver serves as the primary contact for plasma operations at the Plasma Logistics Center. This role manages the receipt, classification, and distribution of plasma from donor centers to fractionation, using forklifts and material handling equipment. The position supports Supply Chain projects, maintains inventory accuracy in the Plasma Management System (SGP), and ensures compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Unload and sort plasma shipments; enter receipts into the Plasma Management System (SGP)
• Inspect equipment (crates, pallets) for damage and usability
• Track inventory movements using Radio Frequency Terminals (RFT)
• Pull and locate plasma units per freezer work orders
• Identify and remove unsuitable plasma from production units
• Assist in Classification area for rejected or relocated plasma
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with cGMP
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, EHS, and quality requirements
• Work occasional overtime as needed
