Overview :
The Production Planning & Inventory Control Associate / Forklift Driver serves as the primary contact for plasma operations at the Plasma Logistics Center. This role manages the receipt, classification, and distribution of plasma from donor centers to fractionation, using forklifts and material handling equipment. The position supports Supply Chain projects, maintains inventory accuracy in the Plasma Management System (SGP), and ensures compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Unload and sort plasma shipments; enter receipts into the Plasma Management System (SGP)
- Inspect equipment (crates, pallets) for damage and usability
- Track inventory movements using Radio Frequency Terminals (RFT)
- Pull and locate plasma units per freezer work orders
- Identify and remove unsuitable plasma from production units
- Assist in Classification area for rejected or relocated plasma
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with cGMP
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, EHS, and quality requirements
- Work occasional overtime as needed
Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED1+ year experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated industry preferredKnowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and industry standards preferredCertified forklift operatorStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced warehouseAble to lift 25 50 lbs repeatedlyComfortable working in cold temperatures (-30 C or lower)Able to operate electric pallet jacks and rider pallet jacks safelyScreening Questions (to include with resume) :
