Remote Service Support Representative

A company is looking for a Remote Repair & Maintenance Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Intake and process work orders over the phone and via email

Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction

Evaluate service needs and dispatch appropriate trade technician

Required Qualifications

5+ years of service support experience in facilities maintenance required

Experience dispatching for handling equipment and / or building fixtures required

Office-based experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment required
