Position : Part-Time Assistant Team Lead
Commitment : 12-20 hours per week, including weekends

Deliver the Best Guest Experience - Ensure every guest leaves feeling Soleil was the highlight of their day.Drive & Exceed Sales - Sell memberships, prevent cancellations, upsell services, recommend products, and coach your team to do the same.Key Responsibilities
Coach Spa Consultants on our 5-step sales methodProvide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfactionAssist with staff scheduling and provide coverage when neededSupport payroll processing as requiredEnforce company policies and processes to boost service and sales performanceEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practicesContribute to achieving financial goals through smart scheduling and purchasingMaintain spa cleanliness and equipment upkeep (including re-lamping)Oversee opening and closing procedures with proper staffingManage inventory, restocking, and supply ordersSupport marketing and promotional initiativesRepresent the Soleil Tans brand in all guest and employee interactionsAttend leadership and company meetingsRequirements
Minimum 2 years of proven sales / retail experienceAvailability of at least 20 hours per week , including weekendsStrong organizational and time-management skillsSelf-motivated, hands-on , and willing to do what it takes to succeedExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google ApplicationsJoin Soleil Tans and be part of a team that delivers Ritz-Carlton level guest experiences in the sun spa industry
