Job description

Assistant Project Manager

STV is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our PM / CM team in the New York Metro market.

In this role, you'll work on impactful capital projects that shape the citypartnering closely with a Project Manager to ensure every detail is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Project Manager to drive projects from planning through completion.
  • Lead or support proposals, marketing efforts, and client presentations that win new work.
  • Oversee day-to-day project operations : scope, schedule, budget, quality, procurement, manpower, and risk management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Host regular progress meetings to keep teams aligned and clients informed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, facilities management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant technical experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), with at least 4 years managing all phases of construction on multiple contracts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skillsyou're comfortable in front of a client or a crowd.
  • New York City agency experience is a plus.

    Compensation Range :

    $114,544.55 - $152,726.06
