Direct Care Staff Responsibilities :

Provide supervision and guidance to each consumer in accordance with his / her Individual Service Plan

Assist each consumer in planning and implementing in-home and community-based activities

Administer medications where indicated and appropriate

Act as role models and promote positive lifestyles for each consumer

Advocate for the safety and well-being of each consumer to appropriate management personnel

Provide physical assistance as needed, including but not limited to, personal care, housekeeping and transportation

Experience :

No experience required, paid training will be provided

Direct Care Staff Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Current and valid Driver's License with less than 6 points on driving record

Car insurance registered in YOUR name

Working and safe motor vehicle, maintaining a minimum of state-required insurance coverage

No felony convictions as identified and outlined by the Ohio Revised Code

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : From $15 per hour
