Job description
A company is looking for a Clinical Case Manager Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct holistic assessments and develop tailored care plans for members
Provide crisis intervention and coordinate follow-up care with appropriate providers
Monitor progress and adjust care plans while ensuring compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health field
Minimum 3 years of post-master's direct clinical experience
Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders
Experience with Motivational Interviewing
Active, unrestricted behavioral health license in the state of residence
