Job Summary :
This position is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and implementing Workday and future payroll systems, while troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise. The role ensures accurate and efficient payroll processing and reporting for the organization. Key responsibilities include managing system configurations to align with company policies and comply with external regulations and guidelines. This position oversees daily system operations, collaborates with HRIS and IT teams to maintain a stable environment, and partners with the payroll team to identify and correct configurations that may impact payroll accuracy.

SCOPE & IMPACT :
This role provides support for payroll systems across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the U.K., ensuring smooth processing and assisting the payroll team in resolving system errors during payroll runs. Additionally, the position is responsible for addressing system issues related to file transmissions that impact the accounting team.

COMPENSATION RANGE : $63,000 to $87,000 annually
