General / Store Manager – Role Overview
Lead and mentor a team including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew to deliver exceptional service, maintain high standards, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations : scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, equipment upkeep, food preparation, and cash handling.
Drive profitability by managing food costs, labor, utilities, and controllable expenses while pushing for sales growth.
Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members. Ensure ongoing development especially for shift leaders and new staff.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, wage, ADA, OSHA and Firehouse Subs policies. Keep records, complete legal paperwork, and prepare reports on time.
Champion "Heartfelt Guest Service." Handle customer issues, ensure product consistency, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Promote marketing initiatives and participate in community outreach, including supporting the Public Safety Foundation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Prior restaurant management (usually 3+ years) is required .
