Key Responsibilities
Conduct learning needs analyses, content audits, and stakeholder interviews to align learning solutions with organizational goals
Lead discovery and analysis phases to translate strategic objectives into actionable learning plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to influence learning strategy and direction
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio in leadership development
Experience in learning consultancy, including needs assessments and content audits
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Advanced proficiency with tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
