Dermatology Physician - North Seattle, WA

Optum WA, (The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Dermatology physician to join our team. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. We are passionate about patients. We are leading the state of Washington toward better healthcare practices. We have a variety of clinics in vibrant neighborhoods in North Seattle / Everett for a provider to focus their time.

This role expands our team of 13 Dermatology providers who are backed by a network of primary and specialty care providers and supported by access to complex imaging, lab and pharmacy.

Your Practice :

• $60,000 in signing bonuses
• High degree of physician autonomy
• Create your own schedule within a 4-day work week (or less)
• Focus on General Dermatology consults, follow-ups and procedures
• Excellent MOHS surgeons & built in referral network
• Dedicated 1 : 1 MA support
• EMR Epic & AI powered documentation solution

Required Qualifications :

Washington Residents Only : The salary range for Washington residents is $505,000 to $700,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
