Senior Financial Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning, the Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning will play a pivotal role in driving the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis efforts for BMC’s newly created Physician Organization. This position will be responsible for delivering data integrity and data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision‑making and safeguard overall financial well‑being of the organization.

Monthly Financial Analysis and Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of standardized monthly reports for distribution to the leadership, administrative, and operations teams
• Perform variance analysis to compare actual financial outcomes with budget and provide explanation for deviations
• Perform regular checks to ensure financial data integrity in collaboration with the Accounting team

Budget Planning and Development

Financial Systems Implementation and Management

Managing Databases and Other Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

Compensation Range

$72,500.00- $105,000.00

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications / licencies as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business / organizational needs, internal equity, and market‑competitiveness.
