A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager to oversee supplier relationships and manage the purchasing of promotional products.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and curate product catalogs for promotional merchandise
Oversee procurement and order management, ensuring timely fulfillment and quality control
Lead process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows
Required Qualifications :
Experience in sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products
Proven vendor management experience, including negotiation skills
Familiarity with promotional product software and CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams
Business acumen with a focus on cost management
