Project Engineer

Dizario Search is currently engaged on a search for a Project Engineer for our industry leading plastics manufacturing client located near Pewaukee, WI. This role will lead quoting through production launch for both projects and product launch initiatives. This is hands-on, project focused work with engineered components in a regulated manufacturing environment. Below is a quick snapshot of what the position involves. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead projects from quoting to production launch.
• Review part designs and tooling (including mold features.)
• Support molding processes, alongside cross function teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Oversee APQP activities, DOEs, capability studies, and process optimization.
• Collaborate on automation, robotics, and electrical concepts and secondary operations as needed.
• Manage timelines, suppliers, and deliverables across multiple programs and internal departments.
