Job Description
Position : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

What you’ll do :
- Provide mental health assessments, individual / group / family / couples therapy, and develop / implement treatment plans.
- Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies.
- Consult with medical staff, commanders, legal authorities, and schools as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical and medical records and prepare evaluation / treatment reports.
- Participate in military-specific screenings / training (e.g., PTSD, deployment) and professional / quality -improvement meetings.
- Supervise and direct supporting government employees when assigned.
- Perform administrative duties (statistics, education, quality functions) and may lead committees or programs.
