The Marketing Programs Specialist for Mizuho America will be the focal point for program reporting and analysis, SFDC support, document management, and support for our LatAm sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop skills in multiple areas of marketing as they participate in upstream and downstream projects.

Please note that this position is in-office in Union City, CA (Four days a week after probation period). This position also requires Spanish language skills and B2B marketing experience. Applicants should have both of these qualifications and be prepared to interview in Spanish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing programs and campaigns, including social media, emails and related projects
- Maintain and organize of NDAs, agreements and contracts
- Mange purchase requests, vendor invoices, and payment requests
- Conduct reporting and analysis for internal users in SFDC and Microsoft BC
- Support marketing managers and other marketing personnel – deploying emails, creating presentations, etc
- Assist with creation and execution of marketing materials / programs, such as emails, social media posts, and website content.
- Assist with customer relationship management (CRM) activities (SFDC Admin and support for reporting, etc).
- Support sales management as needed, including LatAm sales team
- Translate Spanish and English documents, support development of Spanish-language programs
- Monitor program success and ROI analytics and reporting. Includes sales objectives, budget, advertising & promotion requirements.
- Maintain current materials – manage printing of literature as appropriate, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
College degree or equivalent experience with preference for study in marketing, business or scientific curriculumAble to communicate fluently in Spanish on technical medical topicsAt least 2 years of experience in B2B marketingAt least 2-3 years of experience with an understanding of Marketing Events & Marketing Communication.Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (SalesForce, HubSpot or comparable email solution) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)Experience in data analytics and creating dashboardsOrganized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, deadline-driven, and good at managing projects / workflows.Healthcare / medical device experience - a major plusOptional hybrid position allows one day working remote after successful completion of 90-day probationary period and dependent on job duties. Hybrid location must be within driving distance of the office in California.
