JOB SUMMARY

The Head Women’s Softball Coach / Fitness Room Coordinator is responsible for administration of all aspects of the intercollegiate women’s Softball program. In addition, this position has responsibility for coordinating Fitness Room operations for the college’s Intercollegiate Athletics facility. The Coach / Coordinator is expected to work in cooperation with staff across the Athletics Department, other Student Services units, other areas of the college, high school personnel, and personnel from other colleges to develop and maintain a high quality intercollegiate women’s Softball program, offering an excellent experience to participating student-athletes.

JOB LOCATION

This position is an on-site role located in the L. Quenten Lane Gymnasium located on the main campus of Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee. Regular travel to athletic events at other institutions is expected, along with travel for recruitment purposes.

Travel may also be required within the college’s 5-county service area including travel to attend state meetings, etc.
