As a Client Services Consultant, you will be the front line of support and primary point of contact for our household clients. Your ability to establish trust and rapport, while building strong relationships and effectively managing client expectations will be crucial to success in this role.

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and our company, establishing trust and rapport throughout the entire client lifecycle.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, live chat and email, demonstrating patience and empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
• Handle complex and delicate situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively address client needs to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide support during client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and escalations.
