As an HRC1, your role will play a meaningful part in advancing the agency's overall mission. While your responsibilities may often be behind the scenes, your work will directly support the dedicated team working towards improving long-term outcomes for the children, youth, and families we serve. This is a full-time, non-permanent position expected to continue for at least twelve months, with the potential of becoming permanent.

We also recognize the importance of team-building and enjoy our team gatherings. We are seeking a motivated individual to support the SW Region of Child Welfare Field Operations in Washington state.
This position is currently based in Vancouver, WA, with the possibility of relocation to Tumwater, WA, depending on the employee's residence. It operates within a hybrid work model, requiring in-person attendance during the initial training period and for regularly scheduled team and client meetings. Occasional travel to client sites may also be necessary. Upon completion of the training phase, flexible or compressed work schedules may be available.
