The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for hiring developing and engaging a team of Sales Representatives to drive capital and disposable revenue growth in an assigned region. This position develops and implements sales strategies to achieve business plan objectives.

This position is part of the Field Sales organization located in or around Chicago IL. At Mammotome our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the field sales organization and report to the Senior Director National Sales responsible for driving revenue. If you thrive in a fast paced development role and want to work to build a world-class sales organizationread on.

In this role you will have the opportunity to :

Develop regional plans and set priorities to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales and revenue goals

Hire train develop and retain a hardworking sales team through one-on-one training coaching / mentoring development and team building both remotely and through regular field visits

Work wit the sales team to ensure existing customers are retained competitive accounts are converted and existing accounts are expanded.

Develop clinical knowledge and expertise to facilitate effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region

The essential requirements of the job include :

BS / BA in Business Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred

Proven track record of sales achievement in medical device sales with a minimum of 2 years sales management experience and 6 years overall medical device sales experience; both medical capital equipment and disposable product experience preferred

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical / Environment Requirements :

75% travel required; typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days per week and as such overnight stays are required.

Sales team members adhere to hospital credentialing policies and requirements (medical records immunizations vaccinations background check etc)

Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. The annual salary range is $160000-$170000. This job is also eligible for incentive pay and the total compensation target is $00 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
