Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building impactful brands within the CPG industry? We’re seeking a Brand Manager to join our client’s team on a contract-to-hire basis, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while gaining long-term career potential. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement brand strategies to drive growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Budget & Forecast Management : Manage budgets and forecasts to maximize ROI and operational efficiencies.
  • Product Launches : Oversee key initiatives, including new product introductions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Packaging & Media Strategy : Build creative packaging solutions and collaborate on media planning.
  • Market Analysis & KPI Tracking : Conduct regular market assessments and monitor vital KPIs to ensure success.
  • Digital & eCommerce Marketing : Partner with teams to drive digital campaigns and optimize eCommerce performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration : Work with internal and external teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to deliver results.

Technical Requirements

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) : Exceptional proficiency required for reporting and presentations.
  • Syndicated Data (Nielsen / Circana, IRI, SPINS) : Must have hands-on experience running searches or collaborating with data teams.
  • Social Media & eCommerce : Familiarity with using Instagram and Pinterest for brand promotion; collaborate closely with the social media lead.
  • Top Must-Haves

  • 5–7 Years of CPG Brand Marketing Experience : Preference for experience in the food industry, though candidates from beverage, confectionery, or retail goods are encouraged to apply.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills : Proven ability to connect market trends with actionable strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Strong ability to lead and partner across diverse teams.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and creating new opportunities for growth.
  • Syndicated Data Experience : Demonstrated expertise in leveraging data platforms.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills : Articulate ideas effectively to all levels of the organization.
