A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Paid Advertising to lead and optimize paid media programs across various channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy targeting B2B, SMB / mid-market, and B2C audiences Manage and optimize campaigns across search, social, and display channels while ensuring efficient budget utilization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and effective tracking and reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred) 6+ years of experience in paid media roles, particularly in SaaS, B2B, or B2C contexts Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel paid campaigns Deep technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta, and experience with LinkedIn and TikTok Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and experience managing 7-figure ad budgets
