Description :   We are seeking a Dairy Manager to order, stock, rotate, replenish and ensure highest quality standards are met within the Dairy Department.  Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Process deliveries, breaking load down onto U-Boats and transferring to sales floor. Maintain clean work areas by consolidating and organizing product.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Order product and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Stocks merchandise to shelf and displays.
• Rotates and replenishes merchandise and ensures highest quality standards are met.
• Checks invoices against delivered product.
• Inspects shelves for low stock conditions. Removes stock from storage area and replenishes shelves and display cases
• Disassembles and flattens packing boxes and loads disassembled boxes into the baler.
• Maintains company standards of shelves and displays, straightening product and pulling cardboard.
• Cleans all department equipment, displays and storage areas according to sanitation schedule and standards.
• Consolidates product and organizes storage areas.
• Processes damaged product including : sorting, organizing, completing paperwork, and sending out for credit.
• Builds end caps display and fills through the week as necessary.
• Responsible for proper inventory control through stocking and rotating.
• Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, Safety and Sanitation regulations, and individual store guidelines.
